US-based digital customer experience engineering company Infogain has acquired Kochi-based consulting services firm Impaqtive., further benefiting its offshore presence in Kerala.

The company did not disclose the deal size and other terms and conditions.

Founded in 2021 based in Infopark is into Salesforce multi-cloud implementations and platforms, besides Salesforce accelerators and certified team. The acquisition will strengthen Infogain’s Kerala offshore presence.

Impaqtive Co-founder and CEO Praveen Desai said, “The acquisition is a testament to our joint vision, and we are excited about being part of Infogain’s future growth trajectory.”

With the acquisition, Infogain customers will benefit from Impaqtive’s capabilities as a Salesforce Summit partner, deep industry expertise, onsite consulting team and nearshore teams in the Cayman Islands.

“It will also help the company’s vertical focus on retail, hospitality, media, hi-tech, digital and manufacturing.”
