Local retail discovery services provider Magicpin said the company has adopted a remote-first workplace policy, empowering its employees to work from their locations. The Gurugram-based start-up operated by Samast Technology Private Limited had raised $60M in November 2021, to strengthen its hyperlocal retail market expansion and also the expansion of the team.

“While WFH became the norm since the pandemic began, we have been operating on a distributed and flexible workplace model since our foundation. We have been sympathetic to the needs of our employees to balance work and family obligations and given them the freedom to work remotely.
