The Palakkad Management Association will host its one-day management summit on February 22, 2024, at Club 6 Convention Center near Palakkad town. The iKon event aims to foster Creativity, a collaborative mindset, and collective thinking toward building a future-focused community across various sectors and domains.

The event will be inaugurated by the Boston-based PE company Advent International’s operating Partner Mr. Shiv Shivakumar.  In his previous roles, Mr. Shivakumar was the Chairman and Chief Executive of Pepsico India and Sr. Vice President of Nokia among others.

The event will also see participation from various eminent corporate leaders including Mr. Prasanth Kumar, CEO-South Asia GroupM, Dr. Saji Gopinath, Vice-Chancellor of Digital University Kerala, Mr. Anoop Ambika CEO of Kerala Startup Mission, Ms. Sarita Bahl Director, Bayer Foundation India, Ms. Devika Chandrasekharan, Founder Fuselage Innovations and Ms. Kavita Kurup, Global Head,  Human Resources & Corporate Communications – UST.

Startup-pitch

iKon will focus on six major sectors such as retail & e-commerce, Human Resources & Education, Sports & Entertainment, Agriculture, Innovation, and manufacturing. There will be a discussion based on how robotics and other digital technologies changing the shape of these sectors.

It will also have a startup-pitch fest wherein startup founders can present their concepts to a panel of experts and winners will be awarded a cash price of Rs. 25,000.
