Skye Air Mobility, a hyperlocal drone logistics company, has completed over 20 lakh deliveries in 2025, the company said.

Founded by Ankit Kumar, Skye Air Mobility operates a hyperlocal drone delivery network focused on last-mile logistics. The company said the milestone reflects the growing adoption of drone-based delivery solutions in quick-commerce and e-commerce.

Skye Air will continue expanding drone delivery use-cases with commerce and logistics partners.
Funding partners

Skye Air Mobility has raised more than $5 million in funding from investors including Mount Judi Ventures, Chiratae Ventures, Venture Catalyst, Windrose Capital, Tremis Capital, Faad Capital, Misfits Capital, Hyderabad Angels and Soonicorn Ventures.

According to the company, its drone network is currently handling close to 5,500 deliveries a day across active markets, supported by its proprietary drone technology and unmanned traffic management platform.

“Completing over 20 lakh deliveries in 2025 is a strong validation of how quickly drone logistics is becoming mainstream for hyperlocal commerce,” said Ankit Kumar, Founder and Chief Executive Officer, Skye Air Mobility.

He added that drone deliveries could help reduce turnaround time and ease last-mile congestion as demand for faster deliveries increases.
